Vinyasa / Yoga Flow- Flow style yoga poses that move with breath movement. Great class for beginners, but able to to make it challenging for advanced students as well. Postures are shown for all levels of yoga. Moving meditation!
Hatha Yoga- This set 26 posture sequence works with alignment and breath. Holding postures for up to one minute at a time. This is where learning to work with breath can help you find balance and depth. A great class to start with while deepening your practice of yoga, it sets you up with proper alignment as you move forward in your yoga journey.
YIN~ A slow gentle flow of postures done on the floor, no standing poses. This is a great class for all levels but especially for beginners. You hold poses for a long time 3-5 minutes, this really allows for your body a muscles to release, open and let go of stress! Wear your PJs if you want, this class is total relaxing bliss, candles lit, heaters on and calm music!
Hot Yoga & Power Yoga - Our Hot Yoga is not anything to be afraid of! It's really only about 85 in our studio, creating the perfect setting for a warm flow of yoga postures. Yes you may sweat and get hot, but it is not an unbearable heat. Sweating, detoxing and getting deeper into your stretches is my favorite style of yoga!
